The method · Market entry

From no client base to preferred consultant.

The repeatable four-phase approach behind a decade of growth for SALFO & Associates in Saudi Arabia. Each phase builds on the one before.

  1. 01Access

    Getting into the room

Direct channels to Ministers, Deputy Ministers, CEOs and Vice Presidents across ministries, Royal Commissions, PIF companies and municipalities. Etimad, PIF and municipal programmes monitored to identify opportunities early.

  2. 02Relationships

    Turning first contact into trust

Hundreds of executive meetings, conferences and forums, building a reputation as a reliable engineering consultancy partner, sustained over ten years.

  3. 03Conversion

    Translating access into pipeline

Registrations, Expressions of Interest and prequalifications that became invitations to selective tenders and framework agreements, with consortia of international consultants and EPC contractors.

  4. 04Result
